Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 2026. Standard terms governing advisory, engineering, and digital growth services rendered by Elite IT Firm.
1. Scope of Services
Elite IT Firm provides specialized enterprise growth services, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO Architecture), Paid Media Management (Google Ads & Meta Ads), Google Business Profile Local Optimization, Online Reputation Management & Review Defense, and Brand Design Systems. Specific deliverables, KPI baselines, and execution milestones are detailed in customized Client Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All custom deliverables, design assets, and marketing collateral developed explicitly for the client during an engagement become the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of agreed compensation. Elite IT Firm retains ownership of proprietary agency frameworks, diagnostic scripts, and generic algorithmic analysis tools.
3. Ethical & Compliant Methodologies
Elite IT Firm executes strictly compliant white-hat optimization methodologies aligned with Google Search Essentials, Google Business Profile guidelines, and Meta Advertising Policies. We do not participate in automated black-hat spamming, unauthorized bot traffic generation, or illicit digital manipulation.
4. Independent Platform Realities
While Elite IT Firm applies senior architectural expertise to maximize visibility and remove defamatory content, third-party search platforms (such as Google LLC and Meta Platforms Inc.) maintain independent algorithmic and editorial discretion. We do not make fraudulent guarantees of specific numeric search positions; our track record is established through rigorous engineering and transparent empirical verification.
5. Engagement Governance & Jurisdiction
These terms and related commercial service agreements are governed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to arbitration in Dhaka.
